Questions

Where do I find my doctor's fax number?

Call the office and ask, "What's your fax number for sending records?" It's also often on their website, letterhead, or the forms they gave you.

Can I send something for my mom or dad?

Yes, with their permission. Put their name and date of birth on the cover page so the office can match it to the right patient.

What can I send?

Records requests, signed forms, insurance paperwork, prescription or prior-authorization forms: anything your doctor's office asks you to fax. Up to 50 pages, to fax numbers in the US and Canada.

Is it private?

Your document is encrypted while we hold it, and we delete it the moment your fax goes through (or is refunded). We don't use advertising trackers on this site, and we never sell or share your information for marketing. Read our Privacy Policy.

How do I know it arrived?

Your order page shows when it's delivered, and we email you a confirmation showing the time and the number of pages. If we can't deliver it, we refund you automatically.

Do I need to sign up?

No. There's no account and nothing to cancel. You pay once per fax.
